To ask the Minister for Health the actions that will be put in place to reduce the number of patients on trolleys in emergency departments; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that University Hospital Limerick has the highest number of patients on trolleys it is causing stress and concern to both patients and staff; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
