To ask the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection further to Parliamentary Question No. 252 of 9 December 2021, if she will clarify subsequent to an informal complaint or allegation made in relation to an employee of her Department and in view of the Data Protection Acts whether the complaint will be processed and the employee advised of the informal complaint or allegation. There is no record of any complaint or allegation against an employee of this Department received from the company referred to by the Deputy. If the Deputy has any additional information on this matter she is welcome to contact my office and she will be given contact details for the Divisional Manager in Cork who will be in a position to investigate any additional information provided.
