The EU Digital COVID Certificate is a document issued to help facilitate the safe and free international movement of people across the EU during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The EU Digital COVID Certificates, based on the completion of a primary regime vaccination against COVID-19, are currently being emailed or posted out automatically.

Under the Health (Amendment) )No. 2) Act 2021 a person under the age of 18 years, who is accompanied by their parent, guardian or person acting in loco parentis who has proof of immunity in relation to themselves, does not have to show proof of immunity. Proof of immunity is not currently required for access to swimming pools.
