To ask the Minister for Health when he expects the Carrickmacross primary care centre to be operational; the number of HSE staff that will employed at the centre; the number of nurses that will be based at the centre; the different nursing specialties involved and the number for each; if clinical nurse specialists in tissue viability and wound care will based at the centre; when the recruitment process will begin; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
