217. To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if the investigation into the circumstances that led to the immediate cancellation of the Loughrea coursing meeting on 15, 16 and 17 October 2021 has been concluded; and if not, when it is expected to be concluded. [60898/21]

The investigation is still ongoing; I anticipate that it will be concluded in the coming weeks.

218. To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government the reason a hare coursing meeting was called off in County Cavan the day before it was scheduled to go ahead on 12, 13 and 14 November 2021. [60899/21]

I understand that the coursing meeting due to take place in County Cavan was called off by the club as they did not have enough hares available to run the meeting.
