To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality the number of fines that were issued by An Garda Síochána in each county for persons parking illegally in disability parking bays in 2019, 2020 and to date in 2021; the number of fines that were issued by An Garda Síochána in each county in each of these years that were paid and not paid, respectively; the number of court proceedings that were commenced in each county in each of these years against persons who did not pay the fines that they were issued with; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
