To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 306 of 28 September 2021, the status of the review that is being carried out; the actions that have been taken as part of the review; if the organisation is still availing of rent- free space at Bow Street; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am advised by the Commissioners of Public Works (OPW) that they have been in contact with the organisation referred to and will continue to engage with them in relation to their office accommodation.

The position in relation to the occupancy of this body in the property at Bow Street has not changed since the previous parliamentary question.
