To ask the Minister for Health the position regarding the EU Digital COVID Certificate in relation to Irish citizens who received one dose of vaccination in Ireland and a second dose of the same vaccination type approved for use in Ireland in a non-EU Country; the process by which these citizens can obtain an EU Digital COVID Certificate; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Irish passport holders, who have reliable proof a vaccination regime completed outside of the EU, or third countries who have been awarded an equivalence decision under the EU Digital COVID Certificate Regulation, with a vaccine product authorised for use in Ireland, can apply for an EU Digital COVID Certificate online at covidcertificateportal.gov.ie.
