327. To ask the Minister for Health if he will undertake to withdraw a job specification for a position (details supplied) at University Hospital Waterford and readvertise the position for a cardiologist only in order to facilitate filling the post; if not, the clinical reasons this specification is required; the other percutaneous coronary intervention cath lab services nationally that demand and mandate such dual accreditation; the details of the changes that have occurred in the present University Hospital Waterford service delivery plan that require this dual accreditation; the way the retention and filling of this job specification will assist expanding the cardiac cath lab hours at the hospital which have remained static despite a commitment from the Government to provide adequate resourcing for such expansion to begin in February 2021; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
