To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the reason the contract for printing exam papers for the State Examinations Commission has been given to a British company and printed outside of Ireland rather than being given to an Irish company; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The State Examinations Commission has statutory responsibility for operational matters relating to the certificate examinations.
