To ask the Minister for Health the details of the proposed plans by HSE facilities to demand all accompanying partners attending maternity hospitals to provide proof of vaccination; if it is proposed that they not be permitted for the birth of the child in circumstances in which they cannot provide proof of vaccination; the legislation under which such provisions are made; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
