To ask the Minister for Health the current position regarding opening hours for pubs as opposed to nightclubs with late licences; if they are allowed to open late again under the current Covid-19 regulations given some publicans are reporting confusion in relation to the current rules; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The trading hours restrictions that had been placed on public houses and other licensed premises as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic have been removed and normal trading hours now apply.
