Deputy, In relation to your question concerning existing contracts of an indefinite duration entered into prior to the enactment of the EU Procurement Directive, I wish to advise that my Department currently has four such contracts entered into prior to 26 February 2014.
Details of these four contracts are tabled below:

| 3. | Arthur Cox | Provision of legal advisory services in relation to the recapitalisation of Irish Life and Permanent. |
| 4. | National Council for the Blind (NCBI) | Provision of telephony services (on a shared services basis) to both the Department of Finance and the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform. |
