To ask the Minister for Health , further to Parliamentary Question No. 150 of 26 September 2019, the future plans for a HSE property (details supplied) in County Dublin; if consideration is being given to transferring the property to the local authority for other uses such as housing, community or the arts; the steps he will take to secure the property to address the constant vandalism; if any further action has been taken since HSE Estates undertook an initial assessment of the property in quarter 4 2019; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
