To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to situations in which minors have presented to the emergency department in University Hospital Limerick in need of crisis mental health care due to the non-existence of alternative community care and due to lack of appropriate supervision have left the hospital and ended up missing (details supplied).
