To ask the Minister for Health when he will give special recognition to the work of frontline healthcare workers over the course of the pandemic; when measures in relation to same will be implemented; the form this recognition will take; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Government have indicated their intention to recognise front-line health sector workers in respect of the extraordinary contribution and commitment they have made in respect of the management of the pandemic.

The most appropriate means and timeline for such recognition is being considered noting that the pandemic is still ongoing.
