To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if he will review part M of building regulations (details supplied) which states that buildings must only be suitable for visitation for wheelchair users to ensure that the 9,500 homes built per annum over the next five years pursuant to the Housing for All plan will be substantively accessible and suitable for occupation by disabled persons; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
