To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he or any official from his Department has held meetings or conducted correspondence with a company (details supplied) from 1 January 2017 to date; if his Department has engaged the services of the company for any purposes from 1 January 2017 to date; if so, the nature of such services and the costs incurred; if a tender process was conducted; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I wish to advise the Deputy that my Department has not engaged any services from the named company during the period specified. I can also confirm that I have not engaged in any meetings or correspondence with the named company in my capacity as Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform.  This is also the position that applies to officials of the Department.
