As the Office of Public Works (OPW) is responsible for the procurement, purchase and rent of office and other accommodation required for Government Departments, including the Department of Transport, this is a matter for OPW.

The table below outlines the amount spent by the Department of Transport on the procurement, purchase and rent of office equipment in each of the past ten years and to date in 2021.

As all office and other accommodation occupied by the Department of Transport is provided by the Office of Public Works (OPW) which is responsible for the procurement of office and other accommodation required for Government Departments, this is a matter for OPW. 

My Department currently owns one vacant property, which is under the remit of the Irish Coast Guard. Details of this property are given in the table below.
