To ask the Minister for Health the number of assessments of need that have been undertaken for children aged 18 years and under in Dublin 1, 3, 7 and 9 in each of the years 2016 to 2020; the number of these children who have been successfully referred to and engaged with the recommended services following assessment, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
