To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question Nos. 696, 697, 698; 711 and 747 of 15 September 2021, when the National Consultant Appointments Advisory Committee will decide on the proposal by a company (details supplied) for one permanent consultant post for the medical assessment unit Nenagh General Hospital; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.

To ask the Minister for Health his views on whether any other staffing positions are required other than the current proposal before the National Consultant Appointments Advisory Committee for one permanent consultant post for the medical assessment unit, Nenagh General Hospital; if not, if the unit is adequately staffed other than this pending consultant position; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
