406. To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if her attention has been drawn to a settlement between a State agency (details supplied) and the Revenue Commissioners; if there are any agencies under her Department’s remit that have had a similar issue or have made a settlement with the Revenue Commissioners in respect of any issue in the past five years; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Within the period 2016 to 2020, one of the State agencies under the remit of my Department entered into a settlement with the Revenue Commissioners. The Educational Research Centre was non-compliant with the requirement to produce P46s and as a result, Revenue levied a fine of €4,000, which was paid in 2018.
