1. Road Transport Operator Licensing, Department of Transport, 2^ndFloor, Clonfert House, Bride Street, Loughrea, Co Galway H62ET93

2. Driver Vehicle and Computer Services, Department of Transport, Shannon Town Centre, Shannon, Co. Clare
