Regulation 5 of the Health Act 1947 (Sections 31AB and 31AD) (Covid-19) (Operation of certain indoor premises) Regulations 2021 (SI 385 of 2021), regarding proofs for the purposes of proof of immunity, provides that both the EU Digital Covid Certificate and the HSE Covid-19 Vaccination Record meet the requirements for acceptable proof of immunity.
