The estimated cost of a Dementia Advisor post, including pay and non-pay costs, is €64,753 per annum. In addition to these costs, it is reasonable to expect that there are other costs associated with the recruitment process which would be incurred by the employing agency, such as advertising, interview boards and possible travel expenses, which the HSE does not have sight of.
