2195. To ask the Minister for Health if a refund mechanism is in place for those financially impacted by the unavailability of the drug payments scheme during the cyber-attack on the HSE network. [36907/21]

Drugs Payment Scheme card holders who have paid over the monthly threshold of €114 can apply to the HSE for a refund of the amount above the threshold.
