The Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies 2016applies directly to a number of bodies under the aegis of my Department. These are the Credit Union Restructuring Board, the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman, Home Building Finance Ireland, the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council, the National Asset Management Agency, the National Treasury Management Agency and the Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland.

Of these bodies, it should be noted that the National Asset Management Agency does not receive State funding and the Credit Union Restructuring Board is awaiting final dissolution, having been operationally wound down on 31stJuly 2017.

In compliance with the Business and Financial Reporting Requirements of the Code of Practice, all of the bodies listed abovedeclare employees’ salaries in their Annual Reports and/or Financial Statements.
