I can confirm that Government approval was granted on 20^thof April 2021 for the drafting of legislation on a number of procedural matters for the Workplace Relations Commission to give effect to the Supreme Court ruling in Zalewski.

A drafter has been assigned for this proposed legislation. Work is progressing and a Bill will be published shortly.
