64. To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will report on the RSA's plans first proposed in 2015 to name and shame disqualified drivers; the outcome of the latest research commissioned by the RSA in 2019 due to be completed in March 2021 whereby disqualified drivers were given €150 vouchers to take part in the project; the timeframe for publication of the findings of this research; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The research has been completed and it is currently being reviewed by the RSA. Due to more urgent priorities following the Covid-19 pandemic, the review is behind schedule.

The report findings will be presented to the Board of the RSA following which the report will be published.
