To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the timeframe for the publication of a circular by her Department with regard to a frontloaded SNA allocation model; and if her attention has been drawn to the fact that currently many applications for support during the 2021-2022 term cannot be progressed until the updated guidelines are published and brought into effect.
