To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the protocols which are currently in place for a student with epilepsy should they have a seizure during a State examination; the process which a student must follow should they not be able to complete the exam owing to their condition; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The State Examinations Commission has statutory responsibility for operational matters relating to the certificate examinations.
