2283. To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a number of persons who were due to receive a vaccine (details supplied) in a location on 15 April 2021 who were over 60 years of age received texts cancelling their vaccination appointments despite having been reassured verbally by the helpline that the vaccination would go ahead; the number of persons over 60 years of age who had their vaccination cancelled; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the deputy directly, as soon as possible.
