As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.

To ask the Minister for Health the way in which he will prevent further instances of double booking for vaccine appointments in which patients have received appointments for vaccination centres and their local general practitioner or hospital; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
