In relation the transfer of Westgate House, Drogheda from the OPW to Louth County Council, my officials have informed me that the Chief State Solicitor’s Office are finalising the details of the contract for sale. It is still anticipated that the transfer will be completed in the first half of 2021.
I can confirm that no requirements on the future use of the building has been set out in the draft contract by the OPW.
