To ask the Minister for Health the status of the HSE addiction treatment centre on the Donore Road, Drogheda, County Louth; if the centre is now operational again following its designation in 2020 as a Covid-19 assessment hub; the addiction services that have been put back into operation; the number of addiction-related service staff that are on site; the cost to date that the HSE has spent renovating the centre; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
