The number of Carer's Allowance (CA) applications received, cleared and disallowed in 2019 and 2020 are set out in the table below.

(**) Please note that the statistics in relation to cleared cases include cases which were awarded, withdrawn and disallowed. The statistics in relation to disallowed cases include cases which were subsequently awarded following a review or a successful appeal.
