I am aware of the case raised by the Deputy.

The individual in question was one of 450 applicants for a new role at the Consulate General in New York. The applicant sought feedback on their application. There was an undue delay in providing that feedback. The Consulate regrets that delay.

The Consul General wrote to the applicant on 15^thMarch and again on 23^rdMarch offering to set up a call to provide the feedback requested, and supplying his mobile phone number to the applicant. He looks forward to connecting with the applicant.
