1827. To ask the Minister for Health if Covid-19 rules in hospitals will be relaxed to allow a partner to attend with a woman experiencing a miscarriage given that support is necessary for women experiencing the pain, grief and emotional turmoil of a miscarriage and the importance for a couple to have the support of a partner at this traumatic time; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
