The second call for proposals under the Urban Regeneration and Development Fund was launched in January 2020. A copy of the circular setting out the objectives of the Fund together with the application form and assessment criteria have been available on my Departments website since then, and can be found at the following link:

A copy of the detailed assessment of the unsuccessful proposal for the Port Access Northern Cross Route has been provided to the applicant, Louth County Council. My officials are available to engage with Council officials to provide any feedback/information required on the assessment of this proposal.
