To ask the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the details of the process through which her Department drafts and produces legislation; if her Department outsources the drafting of legislation; if so, the Bills for which the drafting was outsourced since she took office; and the costs associated with the drafting of each Bill. The drafting of legislation in my Department is carried out in accordance with the procedures set in the Cabinet Handbook.  I am advised that, since its establishment,  my Department has not outsourced the drafting of any legislation and that accordingly no costs have been incurred in that regard.
