To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if all bodies under his aegis have a procurement policy that includes consideration of obligations under section 27 of the Disability Act 2005; if such procurement is audited for compliance with section 27; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The information requested by the Deputy in relation to the bodies under the aegis of my Department is set out in the table below.

| National Shared Services Office (NSSO) | The NSSO’s Procurement Policy does not currently include a consideration of obligations under Section 27 of the Disability Act 2005. | The NSSO is not audited for compliance with Section 27. |
| Public Appointments Service (PAS) | PAS is compliant with Section 27 of the Disability Act 2005. PAS follows all OGP guidelines for procurement RFTs / contracts. It also provides additional guidance on the Intranet around procurement in PAS and compliance with the Disability Act. | PAS is not audited for compliance with Section 27. |
