To ask the Minister for Health the protocol in place to ensure that students who receive in-school speech and language therapy (details supplied) but do not meet the needs of the children’s disability networks teams do not lose access to these services when their provision is moved to the children's disability network teams; if the removal of in-school supports proposed is for all special schools or relates in particular to deaf education settings; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
