To ask the Minister for Health the funding provided for in the Health Service Executive National Service Plan 2021 to implement new models of care, including the provision of wraparound supports for homeless persons with complex and multiple needs as part of an integrated housing and health policy response in line with the Housing First National Implementation Plan 2018-2021; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
