To ask the Minister for Health the funding available for an organisation (details supplied) in County Kildare; if the full extent of the demand has been assessed with a view to meeting the demand in full and in line with provisions and requirements throughout the country; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Department of Health does not provide funding to this service. As Tusla has statutory responsibility for the care and protection of victims of domestic, sexual or gender based abuse, the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth is best placed to answer queries of funding for organisations under this remit.
