To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the number of young persons due to age out of foster care and who are at risk of living in poverty or becoming homeless; the supports in place for young persons at risk of poverty of homelessness on leaving foster care; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
