To ask the Minister for Health if it will be ensured that the residents at the 24-hour high dependency unit at St. Columbcille Village, Clonmany, County Donegal, receive the Covid-19 vaccine as soon as possible; and his views on whether such older persons in 24-hour care should not have been left behind in the first round of vaccines.
