To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if the conditions for the rehabilitation of cutaway bog to wetland habitat attached to the funding described in the memorandum of understanding regarding peat-fired electricity generation, outlined at appendix 8 of the Operational Programme for Economic Infrastructure 1994-1999, is still binding on the Minister and Bord na Móna; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
