The HSE has responsibility for the administration of the national needle exchange programme. The Executive is best placed to provide the Deputy with a breakdown of the costs of the programme by Community Healthcare Organisation (CHO) area.

In this regard, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly.
