To ask the Minister for Health the number of persons in County Tipperary who have been admitted to the department of psychiatry services in St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny since 2012; if all recommendations made by the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment report 2020 will be implemented at St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
