To ask the Minister for Health the amount spent by his Department and the HSE on personal protective equipment, PPE, ventilators, related hardware and medicines directly related to the mitigation and contingency plans for dealing with Covid-19 since 1 February to date in 2020; the number of purchases that were made outside of the public procurement process; and if the Office of Government Procurement was engaged with and-or consulted on these purchases.
